Khassida Day is a day dedicated to popularizing the writings of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba in the United States. The event, organized by Khassida Day USA, aims to promote the teachings of the founder of Muridism through a variety of religious, educational and cultural activities.

The organization is structured around a Board of Directors that ensures respect for the principles of Islam and the teachings of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba. It sets up several commissions (worship, organization, finance, communication, audiovisual) to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Khassida Day also includes an annual visit to Touba, every Safar 16th, to pay homage to the Khalifa General of the Murids.
